Andy Murray win keeps alive World Tour Finals hopes

Andy Murray

Andy Murray must wait to find out if he has reached the semi-finals of the ATP World Tour Finals in London after a three-set win over Fernando Verdasco.

The Briton came through 6-4 6-7 (4-7) 7-6 (7-3) but now faces a nervous wait until Thursday's evening match between Roger Federer and Juan Martin del Potro to see if he has qualified from the four-man group.

Any win for Federer will take Murray through but a straight-sets win for Del Potro would put the Scot out, while a three-set win for Del Potro would see it come down to the percentage of games won by Murray, Federer and Del Potro.
